Ryan is bigger, but not really by much. In these pictures, Lauren and Ryan are the exact same age (1 week old)in the exact same hat (Michigan). Don't be fooled by the big outfit on Ryan, he's not even that big, he's swimming in it. (the outfit is Newborn sized for 5-8lb. kids, he's just under 6 pounds here and could easily fit 2 of him in the outfit)
