Without fail

Without fail, every time Lauren gets a major "owie", we have a doctor's appointment the next day. Eventually, they'll probably call child services on us.

Well, we just got back from the g/i doctor. Not bad, it only took about 2 hours. :) Anyway, Lauren is definitely allergic to all dairy. The doctor put us on a pretty strict dairy-free diet. (Did you know that whey is considered a dairy? Who knew?) Hopefully, though, she'll outgrow it by the time she's 3. (Really? We've gone this long with the problems, we just now got it diagnosed, and you're telling me it's almost over? Where's the fun in that?) However, the doctor agreed that Lauren shows symptoms of Celiac's. They did an initial blood test for it. If the results come back positive, then she'll go in for an intestinal biopsy. We are praying that it's not Celiac's. I have talked with people in the church who have it, and it doesn't sound like fun. However, all that being said, the Lord will give grace sufficient for the need. Anyway, I just thought I'd keep you guys updated. Thanks for all of your prayers.
