Mother's Day

Here are some pictures from yesterday. We had a lovely day. Scott got me flowers and a pretty cool mp3 player w/ car accessories. Thanks to our church having an early service, we were able to get out of church and get to Red Lobster before the huge post-church crowd. (Isn't that what church is all about? Fitting into your schedule. :} ) Lauren managed to get lunch all over her dress, hence the different dress in one of the pictures. Anyway, after lunch and a brief nap, we caught the Pistons game. Then it was off to church again. To conclude the day, we watched the remaining Detroit teams lose their games. It wasn't a good day to be a Detroit athlete. Losing aside, it was a good day. Can life get much better than this? I submit that it cannot. OH! On a weird note, those 2-in-1 razors, how great are they?! For some reason, I've never been able to cut down my shower time. I've resorted to using 2-in-1 shampoos to help eliminate the extra lather and rinse cycle, but now, I can shave off (ha! I didn't even realize the pun until now) an extra couple minutes by eliminating the pre-shave lather. It's the greatest thing since sliced bread, or the pb & j in the same jar. If they threw croûtons in the jar, it'd be a whole sandwich in a jar. Can life get much better than that? I submit that it cannot. :)
