Writing practice

Ok, I remember reading on someone's blog that they got Sharpie off with some cleaner. However, I can't remember who's blog it was and what you said worked. I couldn't remember if it was a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser or what. Anyway, if you have any good ideas for taking black Sharpie off the wall, let me know.

Here is the picture with the letter clarification

I know that you're probably saying to yourself, if you didn't keep markers within Lauren's reach, she wouldn't do it. I agree, except for the fact that they were on top of a container on top of Ryan's dresser. She has discovered the magical world of dresser drawers being steps. I knew this day would come eventually. Anyway, I just thought I'd share her art work with you. (Those are her attempts at letters.) Anyway, I hope your day has gone better than mine. (This was just one of MANY things gone awry today.)

Try using a wet rag. If that doesn't work color over the permanent marks with the erasable markers.

One of my kids did this once. We were trying to sell our house at the time.I went downstairs to do some laundry and when I cam back up Susy had found a green sharpie and had written all over the bedroom wall.

Magic eraser may work, but this was before that invention so I just used alcohol. On the wall that is.
