The trials of fall

So, the kids got a new hat and mittens this year. Now, they always have to wear them when they go outside...even when it's in the 50s. Anyway, Ryan was going outside and dropped his juice. However, due to the slippery mittens, he couldn't pick up his cup. Then, the screen door was shutting on him. Now, it wasn't squeezing him, it just wasn't open 100% like how he wants it. So, he was trying to keep the door open with one hand and pick up his cup with the other. Simply, it wasn't happening. In typical high-drama fashion, he started crying and getting angry because it wasn't working. Finally, when he could ask nicely, I gave him his cup.
