9 months

Well, last week, Ryan turned 9 months. His length is 27 3/4", his head, 17 1/2", and weight 16 lbs. For those keeping track, that's a net gain of 6 oz in 3 months, so the doctor wants him to up his calories. He's crawling all over the place, and he's slowing figuring out how to cruise on the furniture. He's still teething, but still no teeth. I think that he's going to have his Uncle Tracy & cousin Brady's hair: Dark, coarse, and curly. Not bad. Two kids and one distinctly looks like her dad's family and one distinctly looks like his mom's family. I always thought that girls were supposed to look like their mom and boys like their dad. Oh well. Those gene pools are crazy things.

Cute little binky boy! Is he attached to that thing? He is very cute! You know they start to drop their weight around this age because of being so active. The peds always try to scare you about weight.

What a cutie. I bet he never stops moving. When my son turned one which was 9 years ago, I felt like I was on an exercise program I didn't sign up for. But it certainly does work.
