Poor little kid

Well, we were leaving the fabulous Target and things seemed pretty usual. Ryan was sitting up front and Lauren was standing in the back of the cart. She does a really good job of holding tightly to the end of the cart. However, as I was enjoying the warm weather, I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking. As we were walking back to the van, I didn't see a grate in the middle of the sidewalk. The wheel of the cart went right into the crack of the grate and got stuck. Apparently, we were going a little too fast, and when the wheel got stuck, Lauren went flying from the cart. She landed straight on her head. The initial impact hurt, but I think she was scare more than anything. As soon as I picked her up, she was crying for her rubberband that she had been playing with in the cart. Yep. She was fine.
